III) Shoutbox Regulations -A) The BGS contains a shoutbox designated for quick easy communication -B) The shoutbox is not for long discussions, use the forum for that -C) There is to be no advertising of websites, projects, or places in the shoutbox -D) The shoutbox is not a place to be recruiting people for projects or events. Use the forum instead. -E) Violating the TOS on the shoutbox results in a Ban on the shoutbox IV) Forum Regulation -A) The BGS Forum is a subforum of the D-Pad Network Community. -B) Visitors to the forum must abide by the D-Pad Network TOS V) Chat Room Regulations -A) The Chatroom is freely available for all visitors to use -B) All discussions in the main room must comply with the TOS -C) Violations of the TOS will result in ban from the chat room. VI) Regulations on BGS created content -A) All content created on BGS is freeware. Redistribution of content, including, but not limited to, games, comics, and commericals is subject to the following. --1) The product must remain as freeware. This means no price may ever be charged for the software under any circumstances. --2) Credit must be given.
