Sonic Battle 4 is the next in the long line of battle games from BGS. Sonic Battle 4 presents a new standard one player mode as well as endurance and story modes.

Tales of the PastTales of the past is a story class game equivalent of Showdown. Not much can be revealed from this game aside from its intro without giving away the storylineIntroduction7 and a half years ago IT happened. The capital was attacked. One of the kingdoms’s most trusted organization had turned traitor. Their leader, Sir Ivo Kintobar, had planned his attack well. Within minutes the palace had fallen. Kintobar proclaimed himself the ruler of his new empire under the title Doctor Robotnik.As time went on, town after town submitted to the new rule. However the towns of Fortel and Iratali resisted. Iratali was the largest town in the region, almost a city in its own right. It lay 20 miles west of the capital. To this day Robotnik has never been able to conquer it. However Fortel was not so fortunate. Fortel was a small town that lay roughly 10 miles north of the capital. Its inhabitants, though mostly inhuman, had resisted the new empire. Among its inhabitants was a small fox family. Artimus Prower lived with his wife Rosemary and their two children, Miles and Risa. The two young kits were three years old and twins. During the afternoon on a day six months after he took over, Robotnik struck Fortel. Part of his new robot army struck the town, hard and fast. Robotnik himself stood on a hover platform, overseeing the operation personally. "Capture all able bodied adults. This village is going to pay for being a torn in my side. You are all subject of me, the great Doctor Robotnik." One of his commanders asked, "Sir, what shall we do with the rest?" "Leave them for now, once I finish my latest and greatest invention they will all be my slaves," Robotnik said. Then after a moments thought he added, "Burn the village, make their lives miserable." Those of the army that weren't carrying prisoners set fire to the homes. The old, sick, and young were powerless to stop them. Inside one of the small huts young Miles and Risa waited. The door had been left open and the two wandered out. The village was burning, and falling debris separated Miles and Risa. "Mommy! MOMMY!" Miles was calling out. One of the older kids in the village picked Miles up, "Come on kid we need to get you outta here." As Miles was carried away he saw the retreating army, and held by two soldiers were his parents. "MOMMY! DADDY!" Miles called out. Miles, and all of the other kids of village, were safely evacuated to the hidden Knothole Village. However one was missing, young Risa Prower was no where to be found. Since that day seven years ago Miles, now called Tails, has not seen his parents or his sister. |
